When hydrogen bonding is often encountered in solutions, there are so many other instances of weak chemical-bond formation among dissimilar molecules. The formation of such type of weak bonds is called complex formation-i.e., formation of a new chemical species, called a complex, that is held together by weak forces that are chemical in nature than physical.
