Human Resource Functions
In an organisation, Functions of HRD practices should be to put efforts to build up and realise the complete potential of the workforce, by including management and to maintain an environment conducive to quality leadership, overall participation, and personal and organisational growth.
In a particular organisation, there are six units that are concerned with HRD, which are name as, role, person, dyad, team, inter-team and organisation. The effectiveness of one provides contribute in turn to the effectiveness of the others.
