Commitment is the binding of the individual to behavioural acts. In forthcoming view, commitment is conceived like an individual's psychological bond to the organisation or social system as reflected in his participation with loyalty for and belief in the values of the organisation. Involvement explained congruence among personal and organisational goals, for instance "the degree in which members of a work organisation is capable to satisfy significant personal needs through their experiences with the organisation".
