Point
Point is specified using all three coordinates X, Y and Z. Z coordinate can be optional and declared using ZSURF statement. It is generally used to specify the hole making operations such as drilling.
ZSURF
The Z-coordinate is optional and need not be specified with all POINT definitions. In such cases, ZSURF specifies a plane that can be used to provide a Z value. Where ZSURF is not specified, all point definitions with no Z value are given a Z value equal to zero. ZSURF requires a plane to be identified.
