Training Function
The department feels its responsibility to update the technology, knowledge, skill, efficiency and effectiveness of their crew and time to time it also conducts the lectures or workshops to bring the awareness in the machine operators about the cleaning and up keeping of their machines in addition to upgrading with the technical knowledge updates.
The training function should consist of the following aspects:
