Instrumentation For Phosphorescence Measurement:
You know that the primary difference among fluorescence and phosphorescence is in which the phosphorescence emission occurs at a different time frame and could be measured only if the sample is solid or is at liquid nitrogen temperatures. Thus, the primary instrumentation for phosphorescence is same to that of fluorescence; therefore, two aspects of the measurement require to be modified. The first is the sampling methods and second being the recording procedure. Let us study about the changes in the fluorimeter done regarding these two aspects.
