Temperatur Assignment Help

Assignment Help: >> Factors Affecting Fluorescence and Phosphorescence - Temperatur

Temperature:

A rise in temperature is almost always accompanied through a decrease in fluorescence. The change within temperature causes the viscosity of the medium to change that in turn changes the number of collisions of the molecules of the fluorophore along with solvent molecules. The rise in the number of collisions among molecules in turn increases the probability for deactivation through internal conversion and vibrational relaxation. Within such cases, it is recommended to use thermostated cell holders.
