Process 3 of Part Family Formation
In given Figure the smallest distance is between part 5 and part family (2, 3). There is a tie among part 6 and part family {4, 3}. Though, we select to form a part family {2, 3, 5}. The distance matrix in above given Figure is upgraded and the revised distance is computed in Figure.
