Aptitude tests

Aptitude tests measure an individual's potential to studdy certain skills -, mechanical, clerical, mathematical, etc. These tests show whether or not particular has the ability to learn a given job rapidly and efficiently. To recruit efficient office staff, aptitude tests are required. Clerical tests, for instance, can measure the incumbent's ability to take notes, perceive things accurately and rapidly locate things, ensure correct movement of files, etc. Aptitude tests, unluckily, do not measure on-the-job motivation. That is why in combination the aptitude test is administered with other tests, as intelligence and personality tests.
