Dies:

The die has two parts. One is known as the cover die or the stationary die and is fixed to the die casting machine .The second part is known as the ejector die is moved for the extraction of casting. The casting cycle begins while the two parts of the die are apart. The lubricant is sprayed out manually on the die-cavity or by the auto lubrication system. The two die halves are clamped and closed. The needed amount of metal is injected into the die. Later than the casting is solidified under pressure, the die is opened up and the casting is ejected.
