Business Games
Simulations that represent real business situations are known as business games. These simulations try to duplicate decided factors in a particular situation, which are then manipulated by the candidate. Business games involve two or more theoretical organisations competing in a given product market. The participants are assigned such kind of roles as, General Manager, Managing Director, Marketing Manager, etc. They take decisions affecting price levels, production volume & inventory levels. The outcome of their decisions is manipulated by a computer programme, having the results simulating those of real business situation. Participants are capable to see how their decisions influence the other groups & vice versa.
