 (A) From the shown curve

                                                            I_D =1mA  and V_D=0.5volts

                                                            R_D = 0.5/1m= 500 ohms

 (B) For I_D =20mA &V_D = 0.8volts

                                                             R_D = 0.8/20m= 40ohms

 (C)      For    V_D = -10V,                          I_D = -1microA

                                                            R_D = 10/10^-6 =10Mohms
