How they give respond to marketing stimuli. Because they study consumer behaviour (CB) what Consumer Behaviour is regarding?
Why, How, where and when consumers make purchase decisions? Considers who influences the decisions? What is Consumer Behaviour about? All these are significant questions, which are to be known to companies so that they may design, and implement marketing strategies to satisfy customers. Along with these questions companies should also know some other factors such as what Disposable income is and what discretionary income is and what the stage of family life cycle stage is because these all factors affect the consumer behaviours which are very significant to the marketers.
