Consumer Behaviour
Consumer behaviour is the procedure through which the last buyer makes purchase decisions. It can be defined as the procedure involved when groups select or individuals purchase, or dispose of products, use, ideas, services or experiences to satisfy needs and desires (Solomon, year 1996).
Those actions directly involved in consuming, obtaining and disposing of services and products, by including the decision procedure that precede and follow those actions (Engel et al. Year 1995). Consumer behaviour checked mental and emotional procedure in addition to the physical activities as by (Wilkie year 1990).
