Superstructure
INTRODUCTION
Superstructure of a establishing consists of the walls and framing above the foundations. The structural elements that transmit the loads of the building to the foundation could consist of load bearing walls or framed construction along with infill (non-load bearing) walls. Structural framework could be either of steel or reinforced cement concrete (RCC) construction.
In superstructure, we shall deal with walls and materials used for their construction and other relevant details.
