OBJECTIVES  OF  COLLECTIVE  BARGAINING   

The major objectives of collective bargaining are described below:

A.    To settle out disputes/conflicts associating to wages and working conditions.

B.     To defend the interests of workers through collective action.

C.     To determine the differences between management and workers through voluntary negotiations and arrive at a consensus.

D.    To ignore third party intervention in matters relating to employment.
