Momentum, Work, Energy and Power:

Momentum:

Momentum is the product of an object's mass and its velocity. The standard unit of mass is kilogram (kg), and the standard unit of speed is meter per second (m/s). The momentum magnitude is expressed in kilogram-meters per second (kg . m/s). When the mass of an object, moving at a certain speed raises by a factor of 5, then the momentum rises by a factor of 5, supposing that the speed remains constant. When the speed increases by a factor of 5 though the mass remains constant, then yet again, the momentum increases by a factor of 5.

Work:

In physics, work refers to a particular force applied over a particular distance. The most general illustrations are provided by lifting objects containing significant mass ("masses" or "weights") directly against the force of gravity. The total amount of work w completed by the application over a displacement q of a force whose magnitude F is given by:

w = Fq

The standard unit of work is newton-meter (N . m), equal to a kilogram-meter squared per second squared (kg . m2/s2).

Energy:

Energy exists in various forms. From time to time, we listen to news about an "energy crisis." Generally newscasters are chatting about shortages of the energy available from burning fossil fuels, like oil and natural gas. You may find a barrel of oil and sit down in front of it. Where the energy is? It doesn't appear to be doing anything; it is merely a big container of dark, thick liquid. Though, if you light it on fire, the energy it have becomes vividly noticeable. Energy is measured in joules, merely as is work. Though, one definition of energy is "the capacity to do work."

Power:

In the background of physics, power is the rate at which the energy is expended or transformed to other form. Mechanically, it is the rate at which work is complete. The standard unit of power is joule per second (J/s), more generally termed as watt (W). Power is almost always related with kinetic energy. At times the rate at which the potential energy is stored is termed to as power.
