Performance Review
In this stage, the buyer reviews supplier performance. The buyer can contact to users and ask them to rate their satisfaction. The performance review can lead the buyer to continue, change, or drop the arrangement. The seller's job is to monitor the similar factors used by the buyer to make certain that the seller is providing the expected satisfaction.
We have described the stages that normally would take place in a new-task buying situation. The eight- stage model gives a simple view of the business buying decision procedure. The actual process is generally much more complex. In the straight rebuy or modified rebuy situation, some of these stages would be bypassed or compressed. Each of the organization buys in its own way, and each buying situation has unique requirements. Different type of buying centre participants can be involved at different stages of the procedure. Although sure buying process steps usually do take place, buyers do not always follow them in the similar order, and they can add other steps. Frequently, buyers will repeat sure stages of the process.
