Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks

These are made from the sand or selected quality of both mixtures flyash or and a binder of lime and cement. The cellular character of the blocks, that provides good thermal properties and a high strength to density ratio, is created as a result of aeration caused through adding traces of aluminium powder. These blocks have a density of 6.5 kN/m³ and compressive strength of 3.5 to 4.0 N/mm². They have high thermal and sound insulation properties and are fire resistant also.
