Magnetic Induction:
A generator is a machine which converts mechanical energy into electrical energy through using the principle of magnetic induction. A Magnetic induction is used to generate a voltage through rotating coils of wire by a stationary magnetic field, as display in Figure, or through rotating a magnetic field by stationary coils of wire. This is one of the most meaningful and hugely- employed applications of producing vast quantities of electric power. A Magnetic induction will be studied in more detail in the next two chapters "Magnetic Circuits" and "Magnetism,"
