How well does the institute develop and manage resources?
Based on this broadly accepted articulation of the vision, an academic scorecard may be developed by recognizes long term strategic objectives related with each of these organizational areas. Each objective shall, in turn, have specific performance measures that indicate progress towards attaining improvement in the designated performance area. Table provides an example of the scorecard and related objectives.
