Frame Class:

The Frame class is a subclass of the window class.   That is used to create what we commonly mean through a GUI application window.  A frame is an optionally user movable and resizable top-level window in which can have a title-bar, an icon and menus. A Frame object is commonly beginning along with GUI application and serves as the root of the component hierarchy.  A Frame object could hold various panels that in turn can hold other GUI control components and other nested panels.
