Objectives        

"The fundamental objective of personnel audit is to know how the several units are functioning and how they have been capable to meet the guidelines and policies which were agreed upon; and to assist the rest of the organisation by recognizing the gaps between results and objectives, for the end-product of an evaluation should be to formulate strategy for corrections of adjustments" (Gray).

The objectives of personnel audit are following:

a)      To review the organisational scheme, human resources subsystem to search the efficiency of the organisation in retaining and attracting human resources.

b)      To search the effectiveness of several personnel policies and practices.

c)      To know how several units are functioning and how they have been capable to implement the personnel policy, and

d)     To review the personnel scheme in comparison with organisations and change them to meet the challenges of personnel management.
