Reaching Team Agreement on Product to Prototype:

It is a product confirmation stage. This stage can continue from few weeks to few months as per the mutual agreement with the vendor. Given activities are involved in this stage :

3. Undertaking a gap-analysis. Identifying the items, which mention major differences between software capability and business need.

Output of Stage 4

1. Decision about whether to go for the ERP solution or not.

2. Understanding of the business model, price and technology include in ERP implementation.
