Applet Fundamentals:
All of the preceding instances in this book have been java application. Therefore, application constitutes only one class of java programs. An other type of program is the applet. As declared in Chapter 1, applets are small applications which are accessed on an internet server, automatically installed, transported over the internet, and run as part of a Web document. After an applet arrives on the client, it has limited access to resources, that's why it could produce an arbitrary multimedia user interface and run complex computations without knowing the risk of ciruses or branching data integrity.
Several of the issues connected with the creation and use of applets are found in part II when the applet package is examined. Therefore, the fundamentals connected to the creation of an applet are presented here, since applets not structured in the similar way as the programs in which have been used therefore far.
