Production Stage

The production stage takes place when the system is ready for use. In this stage, an incoming component is primary coded. Then the code is sent to a part family search routine to find out the family to which the component belongs. The family number is then utilized to retrieve a standard plan. A human process planner might modify the standard plan to satisfy the component design
