Drive and Feedback System
Drive System
Amplifier circuits drive motors, & ball lead screws are major component of drive systems. Control signals, for example location and speed of each of axis are fed to amplifier circuits from MCU. The control signals are augmented to actuate drive motors that in turn rotate ball lead-screws to location the machine table.
Feedback System
A feedback system is also referred to as a measuring system. It uses speed and position transducers to continuously monitor the location of the cutting tool at any specific time. The MCU uses the difference among reference signals and feedback signals for correcting position and speed errors.
