Your client could be a pop/jazz band, an orchestra, a ballet company or a theatre company. Having ascertained availability of the performers, the dates are about to be announced and the project will be complete when the final event of the tour is over and the accounts cleared. You need to consider how each event will be managed and how the overall tour is coordinated.
