Written warnings - disciplinary action, HR Management

Whenever oral warning fail to achieve the desired behaviour on the part of an employee, written warnings, which are the first formal state of progressive discipline, may be restored to. Written warnings are also referred to as "Pink Slips" which indicate that certain rights would be with draw in case the employee continues his omission or misconduct.
