Describe the worldwide impact of World War 2 on the 1950s and 1960s?

Be sure to answer both parts of the discussion:

1) Rank the causes of World War 1 based on the build-up, the war itself and the treaty agreement. The causes to rank are Alliance System, Imperialism, Military Build-up and Nationalism. Be sure to explain why you ranked them the way you did.

2) Based on the above, do you think Germany deserved full war guilt after the treaty?
