Workflow automation in e-business environment, Computer Engineering

Assignment Help:

How do you achieve workflow automation in e-business environment?

In order to run easily, organizations often standardize processes across the organization and encourage users to grab them. Unfortunately, every business unit has a unique set of business processes.

There are no any really good stand-alone workflow systems (there are some good work flows systems are part of big ERP System). There are some standards like WFMC' Reference Model etc.

One can use Microsoft CRM to automate internal business processes by making workflow to carry out routine tasks that include daily business operations.
