This first food of mammals is rich in body-building proteins and bone-forming calcium, besides being the only source of vitamin B12 for the vegetarians. However, milk does not contain vitamin C, besides being deficient in iron. Dairy milk of varying fat contents is available in the market, the highest fat milk being known as jul1, fat milk, the next known as standard milk and the lowest is skim milk.
