(a) (i) Give four reasons to explain why are the bitmap images unsuitable for use in a high end print production workflow.

(iv) A psd file normally retains all the original file attributes. Give five file attributes that are present in a psd file.

(b) Consider the following scenario:

You are working as a graphic designer for XYZ Ltd.

I. You have been asked to send the final file to the client. Which file format(s) would be most suitable according to you? Explain your answer.

II. You have been asked to send the final file to the printer for production. Which file format(s) do you deem to be the most suitable? Explain your answer.

(c) Describing the colour brown can be confusing. For instance, Darker than red, or more muddy than peach but with a bit of red in it, and some yellow. To help describe a colour, we make use of the HSB standard. Explain in simple terms what HSB is and how HSB is measured.
