Q. Why are most ammoniotelic beings aquatic animals?

Aquatic animals like crustaceans, amphibian larvae and bony fishes generally are ammoniotelic since ammonia diffuses more easily through membranes and it is more water-soluble than the other nitrogen wastes. Ammonia is still the majorly energetically economical nitrogen waste to be synthesized.
