The exocrine secretion of the pancreas is produced in the pancreatic acini aggregates of secretory cells that surround small exocrine ducts and the exocrine pancreas secretes digestive enzymes of the pancreatic juice- trypsin, chymotrypsin, deoxyribonuclease, amylase, lipase, carboxypeptidase, ribonuclease, elastase and gelatinase.
