Which are the specialized conductive tissues of the plants?

The vascular tissues of the plants are the xylem and the phloem. Xylem is the plant tissue that forms the vessels that conduct water and mineral salts absorbed from the soil to the plant cells. Phloem is the plant tissue that forms the vessels that conduct dissolved sugar from the leaves (where they are formed by photosynthesis) to other plant cells.
