What is Waist-to-Hip Ratio?

Waist-to-Hip Ratio (WHR) is defined as the measurement of waist circumference divided by hip circumference. For example, if a person's waist measurement 33 and the hip measurement is 44, it will give a ratio of .75. To calculate it is given below:

                                       WHR=               =  = .75
