A triode valve which is acting as an amplifier gives a voltage gain of 30. If anode resistance is 20 K ? for valve and load resistance is 60 K ?, what is value of amplification factor for valve?

Ans: 

Given data;

Voltage gain (A) = 30

Anode or Plate resistance (rp) = 20 K ?

Load resistance (RL) = 60 K ? 

Formula to be used is

Amplification Factor (µ) = 39.999
