What is UDHR
UDHR is therefore, considered as a source of international law relating to human rights. Apart from UNGA-responsible for issuing resolutions, the decisions of the Security Council under have a binding effect as well.Thus, international law exists and can be ascertained from various sources mentioned under article 38 (1) of the ICJ Statute. The working and importance of international law has grown extensively with time and to meet its requirements, some formal as well as material sources have been identified which play a vital role in determining and developing the field of international laws.
