What is UDHR
UDHR is therefore, considered as a source of international law relating to human rights. Apart from UNGA-responsible for issuing resolutions, the decisions of the Security Council under have a binding effect as well.Thus, international law exists and can be ascertained from various sources mentioned under article 38 (1) of the ICJ Statute.
