What is the role of leadership in the management literature?

In the management literature, each manager is a leader there. Leadership is a procedure of interpersonal affect. This is a mix of inspiration, communication and motivation. This aims at the pursuit of usual goals. This is a continuous managerial exercise. This rests on power quite than on the formal authority of the manager. Well a leader like a manager plays some roles. He stimulates followers in the direction of performance through inspiring them by his charisma and outstanding personal traits. He assists the enterprise within the most efficient and effectual attainment of usual objectives. A leader is a co-ordinator, specialist, strategy designer, philosopher, integrator, examplar and representative of his group.
