Controlling is described as which managerial function that seeks to make sure an absolute conformity of real performance by organizational personnel along with the planned standards, to assists the most effectual and efficient attainment of the enterprise things. Controlling is the ‘Central-tendency point’ within the performance of managerial functions. This makes a bridge among standards of performance and also their realistic attainment.
