Protozoans are eukaryotic cells so they have organelles and structures common to this part of cell: endoplasmic reticula, Golgi apparatus, ribosomes, digestive vesicles, mitochondria, nucleus with genetic material, karyotheca, etc. All these elements are found dispersed all through the cytoplasm.
