Andrew the barber owns a four chai shop. Andrew estimated that each barber would take an average of 30 min to give a haircut in an exponentially distribution fashion. Customers arrive at the rate of 6 per hour in a Poisson distribution find the following.

1) The average number of customer waiting.

2) The average time in minutes a costumer is in the shop
