Q. What is structured programming and why is it important?
Ans. Structured programming is a term that was coined in the late 1960's to mean programming without using go to statements programming using merely while loops and if statements as control constructs and designing using a top down approach. The acceptance of structured programming was an important milestone in the development of software engineering for the reason that it was the first away from an undisciplined approach to software development.
