What is Solubility

Solubility:  Proteins behave differently in solution. Globular proteins are generally more  soluble  in  aqueous medium  in  comparison  to  elongated fibrous proteins such as keratins. Solubility behaviour of proteins, however,  is influenced by the nature of solvent, pH, temperature, etc.
