Q. What is Message Passing Libraries?

In this part we will consider about message passing libraries. Traditionally a range of message passing libraries have been available ever since 1980s. These operations differed significantly from each other making it hard for programmers to create portable applications. We will discuss only two worldwide accepted message passing libraries that are PVM and MPI.
