What is meant by file management systems?
File Management systems are as well referred to as simply a file system .File system is the system that an OS operating system or program uses to organize and keep track of files. For instance, a hierarchical file system is one that uses directories to organize files into a tree structure. Though the operating system provides its own file management system, you are able to buy separate file management systems.
