What is Maturity Stage of Product Life Cycle?

Maturity Stage:

A period of a slowdown in sales growth as productions achieved acceptance by most potential buyers. Profits stabilize or decline because of marketing outlays to some characteristics:

a. Sales continuing to grow, but at a very much decreased rate.

b. Prices beginning to fall in battles to retain market share. Profits begin to fall correspondingly.
