What is hrm, HR Management

Assignment Help:

What is HRM? What is strategic HRM? How are they different? How does a strategic approach to HRM contribute to an organisations ability to respond to changing environmental circumstances? What, if any, are the criticisms or limitations of HRM/strategic HRM?

In addition to your textbook, you will need to draw on at least 8 academic references (academic journal articles). Your first point of reference will be the online reading guide and articles you have read and discussed as part of your Guided Tutorial Reading Assignment. In addition to this, the Recommended Readings and journals listed above in this outline may be useful.

You must hand in a hard copy of your assignment in tutorials and also lodge the assignment electronically via the Blackboard site. Assessment lodged electronically must be sent via a valid student email account (i.e. [email protected]) and must include an electronic copy (or copies in the case of group assessment) of the Assessment Cover Sheet.  Electronic lodgement from any other email addresses will not be accepted.
