What is Delphi model?

In Delphi method, a number of parameters to be considered based on as experts estimates.

The group estimate is taken as on  an average of the weighted individual estimtes, computed as

Estimate=(lower bound of estimate+4*most likely estimate +upper bound of estimate)/6

Variance=(upper bound of estimate-lower bound of estimate)/6
